Oscar the Grouch

This is a painting of Oscar the Grouch painted with acrylic paints. It has come to a few art shows with me and as a result has some scruff marks around the edges. It is possible a frame would hide the scuff marks. For this reason, the painting is heavily discounted. Please watch the video or request additional photos to review the painting in full.
